Wesley's Story...
Here i am searching for a forever loving home! Is this with you? I am in a special program called the Glenn program, a fellow animal lover and hound lover who supported Faithful Friends passed away two yrs ago and in his memory we have a special program called Glenn program named after him! Lower fees to adopt, and a special bandanna and leash and collar are offered to any hound in the Glenn program!
Wesley is arriving in foster care soon, he is a real good boy, he is looking for a forever loving home where kids can play ball with him and someone to run and play with him. He is a good dog full of play, can anyone open their heart and home to this sweet dog and give him a chance? He was in a kill shelter in Virginia and he so needs to find a loving family to call his own.
Adoption fee to adopt this sweet boy is $75...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wesley, a Ticonderoga Black and Tan Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black and Tan Coonhound for sale in Ticonderoga, or seeking a Black and Tan Coonhound dog from a breeder in Ticonderoga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ticonderoga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ticonderoga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black and Tan Coonhound breeders who help with Black and Tan Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ticonderoga paves the way for another one to be saved.
