Tina's Story...
Hi- I'm TINA! I'm cute as can be! I am a mix- tortiseshell/calico and Siamese. I am approx. 11 months old as of mid-July 2010. I am spayed, up to date on shots, tested negative for both FIV and FeLv (feline leukemia) and I am treated for the prevention of ear mites, fleas and worms. Of course I am housetrained/litterbox too! I'm always neat and tidy...and did I mention I'm totally adorable?

I have shinny short fur and I'm just as lovable as can be! I am incredibly sweet and friendly and I love to sit on your lap, to be petted, held and just to be with you! I love the indoor life and I'm just so lucky to have been rescued! My life started out VERY tough-- I am soooo lucky to have been rescued as a stray. I was trying to survive all on my own near a very busy road...it was sure scary-- and I was starving too! Thankfully I was rescued- and now I'm happy, healthy and ready to find a furr-ever home to call my very own! I sure can't wait to meet YOU!

I get along well with everyone who is kind to me- and I do well with other cats too. I prefer a home with no dogs (they scare me)- unless they are very calm, then I will be able to adjust...

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tina, a Xenia Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Xenia, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Xenia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Xenia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Xenia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Xenia paves the way for another one to be saved.
