Oreo's Story...
Sweet & gentle Oreo needs a home! This darling girl is easy-going, walks well on the leash, and is a fantastic companion. She can be a bit shy when she first meets someone, but soon her tail starts wagging and she can't resist moving in closer for a good ear scratching. She knows how to sit when asked, and adores getting treats. Can you give this mellow girl a place to call her own? For more info please call Kathy at 858-205-9974.

To meet Oreo, please go to the County Animal Shelter at 5821 Sweetwater Rd today!

When looking to add a new member to your family, please consider one of the homeless dogs at the county shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oreo, a San Diego Dalmatian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dalmatian for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Dalmatian dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dalmatian breeders who help with Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
