Sage's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Sage's Story...
Sage was found wandering in the desert. This sweet, abandoned Doberman deserves a better life! She is a mature red and tan about 8 years old, but active, playful, full of life and wanting desperately to have a family. She is very social and gets along well with other dogs but is a little too interested in cats. She is spayed, up to date on all of her shots and microchipped. If you are interested in giving Sage a forever home, fill out an application at www.drnv.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sage, a Long Beach Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
