GLEE's Story...
PLEASE READ THIS PROFILE AND THE REQUESTED CRITERIA BEFORE CALLING OR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION. THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND CONSIDERATION

THIS IS GLEE...and this little silver/cream, 8 lb, 3 yr old SilkyPoo had a song in her heart when we sprung her out of the Lancaster Shelter! We went to get another dog, which is usually the case, and saw her sitting there, so depressed, so sad, just staring at us, begging with her eyes to take her home. Apparently, her supposed owner had come in over a week before to claim her, but then never came back for her. Their loss, our gain. There was no other interest in her -- might be because there were sooooo many dogs waiting alongside of her to get out! This little lady is a gem. She is happy, loves to go on walks, gives an abundance of sweet kisses and just loves to be loved and to love you! She is quiet....we haven't heard a peep out of her! She definitely enjoys the company of her foster roommate, and likely would not be good without a pal or a human to keep her company. She loves attention, which has been seriously lacking. Seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees. We can't tell you much more yet, as she just arrived....but she will be coming to adoptions August 1. Don't let this sweetheart get away!

Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GLEE, a Los Angeles Silky Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Silky Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Silky Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Silky Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Silky Terrier/Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
