Our newest honorary German Shepherd is Tyson, the Chihuahua. Tyson may weigh only 10 lbs but he can run like the wind up and down the stairs and in the yard. He has the body of a little dog and the heart of German Shepherd. Tyson is very social and loves people and other dogs - of course he thinks he is the boss. His best friend is an 80lbs German Shepherd whom Tyson is trying to entice to play. Tyson was surrendered to the shelter by his family because they were unable to afford his veterinary care and they were very upset about giving up their pet, he was well loved and treated all his life and it shows. Tyson is active, smart and energetic, he is housebroken and a nice little guy overall. He is a happy guy and he will make you laugh. Tyson is up to date on his shots and neutered. He is looking for a family to love and someone who will stand by him forever.
It is our policy not to place our dogs into homes with young children, no exceptions. The adoption begins with the adoption application: we do not have the manpower to respond to detailed inquiries before we receive the application. Our adoption procedures are described on the home page, please read them carefully. A donation of $275 is required at the time of adoption. If you can offer our spunky little guy Tyson a loving forever home, please submit an on-line application by
