Annalise's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Annalise's Story...
Annalise ended up in the shelter with the staff worried she had a fresh injury causing her to limp; turned out that as a kitten, she had been shot in the elbow, shattering the bone and leaving metal fragments behind, as well as shooting off half her tail. Everything healed completely, but of course, not correctly, so her elbow doesn't straighten out properly. Annalise is a beautiful Russian blue type of cat, with huge, surprised eyes and soft blue fur. She loves to play and acts like a kitten, though she has gotten rather fat! She would love to be your lap cat and follow you everywhere. She will be fine as an only pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annalise, a Chesapeake Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Chesapeake, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Chesapeake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chesapeake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chesapeake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chesapeake paves the way for another one to be saved.
