Romi's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Romi's Story...
Romi was left behind by his owners at the Lancaster shelter. Stuffed in a kennel with 8 dogs, Romi had little chance of making it out alive. We came to the rescue on his last day. Romi is by far one of the most easy going little guys in town. He absolutely loves other dogs, walks great on leash, is potty trained, has a good appetite, the list goes on. When people meet Romi, they always comment on his calm demeanor and how loving he is. He likes to be cradled like a baby in your arms and really wants to please his people. We estimate Romi is about 6 years old and he weighs about 6 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romi, a Irvine Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
