Freddie's Story...
Hello My Name is Freddie and I am a white German shepherd/ Australian Sheperd mix. I am about 9 months old and pure puppy. I am deaf but i dont know it and i do follow your commands with hand signals.
I would do well in a family with kids and maybe another doggie to play with. I am crate trained and go to the door to go outside to potty most of the time.
I love to play with other dogs and I havent met a cat yet, so im unsure. I will be submissive; if you stand over me I will cower. I am very good natured and happy go lucky without a care in the world as long as you treat me right.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Freddie, a Overland Park German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
