Sable's Story...
This picture is a little out of date so just imagine me bigger and just as beautiful and you'll have a good idea of what I look like. My brother, Fuzzy, and I are looking for a forever home where we can stay together.

We've been here at PAWS since we were kittens and although we started out very shy, we've since seen that life is a cabaret! Fuzzy really takes to people right from the start...I need a little time to get warmed up but once I know you and feel comfortable, I'll be right in there wanting pets and cuddles too. Fuzzy and I spend our time tearing around like lunatics and finding fun wherever it may be hiding. If there were more cats like us, cars wouldn't be measured by HORSEpower, I can tell ya that! Please consider becoming our guardian...we need a new home with new discoveries and new adventures!

Sable has had blood work done to rule out FIV/FeLeuk, is fully vaccinated and de-wormed in addition to being spayed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sable, a Toronto Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
