My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Angus is a 2 yr old male with big basset feet and that deep basset bark. He is a very handsome boy with a terrific personality. Angus is still VERY playful and will need a playmate to help occupy his time. There seems to be no food aggression nor does he mind if I remove anything from his mouth.......like one of my shoes or my grandsons toys or stuffed animals. Angus WILL possibly chew your shoes or toys if left unattended. I would recommend a home where Angus will have many of his owns toys, but that doesn't mean he might not lift a shoe if items are left on the floor.


Angus is a very curious boy and has been in the bath tub several times to check things out. He also decided to hop up on the table ...even with short legs some how he was up there. I tend to leave my crochet yarn on the table and Angus thought it was something for him to play with. Since I cleaned off the table he hasn't been up there, that I can see. Angus is most loving, sweet, wants to give kisses, and he loves to be hugged and kissed back. Only consider Angus as being part of your family if you can understand he WILL take possession of your items, if left lying around. I do not consider this a problem in my home I consider it that Angus is trying to entertain himself. So, a walk each day, or trip to the dog park will be most welcome as he seems to love all people......children, adults, dogs - any size or age.
