COURTESY POST - - ABOUT ZAY - Zay is a 10 month old female. She is a Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix. She’s black and white. She weighs about 10 pounds and pretty much full grown. She might gain another pound or two but I’m assuming that would be it. She was abandoned at our Animal Clinic. She hasn’t been spayed yet, but will be prior to adoption. I don’t think she was worked with very much with her previous owners. She’s been here for about 3 weeks now and ever since she hasn’t went to the bathroom in her cage. So I suppose she is house/crate trained. But in the past few days I’ve taught her to sit and the word “NO” and she has done very well. She seems to be a little hyper but I think as she gets older she might grow out of that. Plus shes been in our boarding facility for 3 weeks now as well.
