Sassy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sassy's Story...
This is Sassy! She is approx 60 lbs., and 1-2 years old. She was rescued along with her 7 pups who are weaned and have all found new homes....well everyone except Sassy. They'd been living under a trailer for most of the winter. The three children at the trailer were her best buds. She absolutely adores children and other dogs. She also has a few cat buddies too. Sassy has also been learning some basic obedience, and walks 4+ miles a day. She loves to run with you too! Sassy has even learned how to play fetch. She is a WONDERFUL girl who needs an active family, and a fenced in yard. She would really love to have a playmate as well. Sassy loves car rides too!

Sassy is currently in foster care so if you'd like to meet her, please email pets@petswithoutparents.net. Adoption fee of $160 includes her spay. Visit www.petswithoutparents.net for more info on how to adopt this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sassy, a Columbus English Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Springer Spaniel for sale in Columbus, or seeking a English Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Springer Spaniel breeders who help with English Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
