This little guy has been in foster way too long he needs a forever home soon.He has been in two different bad situations before we had him and even one of our fosters had to give him up also.He gets so attached to you once he has found out you are HIS human and for some reason everyone keeps passing him up he can give you that "LOVE ME PLEASE" looks from his expressive blue eyes.And yes he gets jealous of other dogs getting the attention he thinks he should be receiving...Please help out this little guy by this stage in his life he needs to know HE IS YOURS FOREVER
