My story

Hi, I'm Sassy. Shar Pei Savers has received several applications from people who want to adopt me ... the problem is that I'm not going to be ready to go for a long time. I need to spend some time with my foster family so they can see how my personality will develop once I've settled in. It looks like I'm going to be an alpha dog and will most likely do best as an only dog. I also have a high prey drive, so I'll need to be in a home without cats or other animals. I'm learning to trust and will eventually learn that not all people are bad. I've warmed up to my foster mommy already and am starting to appreciate my foster dad ... they are very good to me. I'm lucky that SPS saved my life!
