My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penelope is a sweet little girl under 2 yrs old., 7- 8lbs, saved as part of a puppymill/breeder shut-down in Missouri. She is currently in a loving foster home with kids living life as it should be, for the first time. She's very sweet but a bit shy upon first meeting but warms up quickly. This little girl is a kitty lover as she met one in the vet's office and began licking and cleaning her until the kitty slapped her. Papillons are just wonderful dogs that love everybody. She's also currently working on her potty training. We recommend homes with children 10+yrs old. Penelope is spayed and up to date on vaccines, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventitives.
