Meow! My name is Pebbles

Pebbles is a very sweet and loving tortie (about 11 to 12 months old now) who was abandoned at a young age.  Left to fend for herself during the cold winter months, she was discovered by a young woman who began to feed her and even take her into her home on very cold days/nights.  The young woman was, however, a single mom supporting her two children and her own companion animals (a dog and a cat) and could not afford the cost of another mouth to feed and vet bills to pay.  She tried to find a home for Pebbles but was unsuccessful.  In March, Pebbles soon-to-be stepmom visited and rescued her.  Pebbles was only a few months old but already pregnant and on April 15th she gave birth to 5 beautiful babies.  She has been a very good mother and playmate for her children, but it is time now for her to find a forever home for herself.  Pebbles is still playful but also likes to just curl up in a chair and watch all that goes on around her.  She has a beautiful purr that she will share anytime you pick her up.  She loves to sit on your lap and be petted but is not demanding.  Pebbles gets along well with small dogs and other cats.  She will make some lucky person/family a wonderful lifetime companion.  e-mail ljm429@earthlink.net or call 210-422-2194.
