Max's Story...
Meet Max: Big boy with a big heart!

Max is a Doberman Pinscher, born in Dec of 2004. He is a strong, active, loving dog, who is looking for a new family to love. Max was given up because his owners like to travel. He has a history of spending a lot of time outside in a pen, but we're hoping to find someone who will make this precious boy a welcome addition to their home. We are seeking a calm, adult-only household for Max. Max will be neutered shortly, and we are currently accepting applications from people who would like to meet him. Max weighs approximately 84 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Norwalk Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
