Charlie's Story...
This handsome young fella is Charlie and he's looking for a loving new home.

Charlie is a purebred American Pit Bull Terrier. He loves people, and loves to cuddle on the couch to watch TV; he's crate trained, and walks well on a leash. Charlie likes playing and being pals with smaller dogs and would be best as the only pit bull in the home. Charlie is about 3-4 years of age, is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Charlie is going to make some very lucky person an excellent lifetime companion. Is that you? If you are interested in adopting Charlie, submit an Adoption Application (click here for our Adoption Policies). One of our volunteers will contact you as quickly as possible to continue the adoption process.

Even if you can't bring a dog into your home at this time, you can still help a pit bull in need. You can sponsor Charlie for as little as $30 per month. Click here to learn more about our rescued pet sponsorship program or e-mail bulliebuddies@earthlink.net

Charlie has a foster home but most of our dogs don't. Make a difference in the life of a rescued pet - become a Foster Parent to one of our homeless dogs. Click here for a Foster Home Application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Las Vegas American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
