Marshall's Story...
Marshall: 6 yr old red male, neutered, docked tail and cropped ears. 8-9", 7.4 lb. Shots up-to-date.
Marshall was just recently released by a breeder so his life has not been the best up to this point. Marshall is a shy little guy but will make up to you after a bit. He has lived in a crate with a wire floor for most of his life. He is a little red guy with dock tail and cropped ears and very tiny, only about 8-9 inches at the shoulder and weighs only 7.4 lbs. He has been brought up to date on all vaccines and had a dental. He did loose a few teeth and is temporally on canned food until his gums heal. He likes sleeping in a nice clean crate with a warm pad to cuddle on.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marshall, a Florissant Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Florissant, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Florissant.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Florissant already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Florissant breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Florissant paves the way for another one to be saved.
