My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chuckie is a pedigreed chestnut/chocolate Oriental. You can admire his beautiful, shiny coat, which requires no grooming. He is very loving, gentle and affectionate. He and his companion, Lexie, were saved from being put to sleep by the previous owners who had gotten a new puppy and were simply tired of their older pets. The owners were searching for a veterinary clinic to euthanize these basically healthy older cats. Rescue was alerted by a veterinary technician at one of the clinics that had declined to euthanize the cats. Chuckie would love to be on your lap, sleep cuddled up close to you at night. He would be lonely without Lexie, so it would be much better if someone with a kind heart could give both of these beautiful senior cats a loving, forever home together. The cats are currently in Northern California, but we can arrange transport to get them to you. How can anyone resist Chuckie's mesmerizing eyes? Chuckie has had all vet care as he was not in good condition when he came into rescue. He has also had his teeth cleaned. He just needs someone to love him!
