My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

How pretty is Alexa?! She is super sweet too! Just loves all people and would like nothing more than to lean on you, lay in your lap or have some belly rubs! That right Alexa is all about the PDA! Looking into her pretty eyes, it's hard to resist her too! Here are a few comments from our volunteers about her:

"Alexa is a joy to be around. She is so happy."

"Alexa is really a sweetheart! She does this cute thing where she stands on her hind legs and lifts up her paws like she is begging! She loves to go on walks and smell the flowers and chase after birds. We played in the play room for about 45 minutes and the whole time she just wanted to be petted, cuddle and give kisses."

Alexa would love a home with daily walks and LOTS of snuggle time! She is a laid back gal looking for a laid back family to call her own. While her feet warming abilities are not really appreciated this time of the year, she'd be happy to "veg-out" with you on the sofa until the cooler days arrive. She is sure to bring a smile to your face and if you let her, she will lavish you with gentle kisses too!

Alexa weighed 42.9 pounds when we saved her from the kill list.
