Jackson's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/cp_jackson-anatolian.html -- Hi! My name is Jackson.

I am a neutered male Anatolian Shepherd Dog. Big, sweet and very lovable. Great with older children (as I am a little on the large size). I am in a home with many other dogs of all sizes and do very well.

Talk about taking me hiking and I am ready. It would be great if you taught me how to wear a pack and I will carry my own water and food. I am always ready for an adventure.

I need a kind family that will be patient with me and give me time to integrate into a new family and let me know I am loved. I am bright and loyal! I would love to meet you!!

Please complete an Adoption Interest form and email it to dsieberns@nethere.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Gilbert Anatolian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
