Simon's Story...
Simon - 3 year old purebred male Miniature Schnauzer. Simon was rescued from a high kill shelter on his last day... he was scheduled to be put to sleep along with more than 100 other dogs due to overcrowding at the shelter. He was matted and messy and passed up by the public. We got him cleaned up and also had a dental done on him at the same time he was neutered... so his teeth are pearly white! Simon gets along well with other dogs. Simon is a little tyke at approximately 14 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a Redondo Beach Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Redondo Beach, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Redondo Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redondo Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redondo Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redondo Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
