Have you checked out the Guinness Book of World Records for world's sweetest dog? Well, if you haven't I'll let you know that honor goes to me! I'm Gerdie, a 10-year-old lab-hound mix.
People keep wanting my autograph and since I'm the sweetest dog ever I gladly give them my paw print! Don't fret though, the fame has not gotten to me. I don't care about the titles as much as I do finding a place to call home.

I'm looking for a forever family. I would do best with kids over the age of 9 and anyone else! I can't wait to cuddle with you, walk with you for some fresh air, ride with you to wherever you want to go and love you forever!

Although I am as sweet as pie, I am a hound-y type, with hound instincts. So for safety's sake, please don't make me live with a cat. I just can't help but see them as something I have to go after.

My hound instincts also make me pine to run free in the great outdoors. I understand, though, that things like fences and leashes are meant to protect me. Please make sure that you have a very high and secure fence and gate, because I will look for a way out.
