I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Jimmy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Jimmy's Story...
Update; Jimmy + Sammy have been officially adopted by their foster Mom, Ruth today. Now we have a good memory of 9/11.

Jimmy is up dated on shots, heartworm negative and on preventative. He is also neutered and is micro-chipped.

We are unsure of why Jimmy and his brother Sammy ended up at the shelter but they were dropped off without so much as a name. Both are very bonded and adore one another so will need to be adopted together as a pair. Jimmy and Sammy are very well trained, someone has spent a lot of time with them. Our feeling is, their owner probably passed away leaving them either homeless or in the care of a family member who did not want them. What a terrible shame, as these two are just the sweetest boys you could ever hope to meet and are no trouble at all.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jimmy, a Darlington Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Darlington, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Darlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Darlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Darlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Darlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
