Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This very handsome boy is Cowboy! As you can tell Cowboy is shaved down pretty short but his nice long Blue Merle Australian Shepherd coat will grow back in time for winter. We included one of the pictures to show how horrible his coat was at time of rescue. He was dirty and matted beyond believe on more than half of his lower body, so he said take it all the way down partner. He is a patient boy - the power when out during his grooming and he just curled up in the groomers lap.
Cowboy was rescued from the local shelter as a stray. We don't know his story; we do know he is DEAF and he appears to have good vision. He is a good size boy, probably around 60-65 pounds. We will guess his birthday to be 07/20/07.
His foster mom says he is a good boy. He uses the doggie door and is house broken. He loves to play with his big foster brother. He eats nicely, crates when necessary and he walks very well on a leash. He is trained at touch to sit down by your side. He initiates play with the other dog and will probably get along fine with cats or dogs of any size. We believe that he will also do fine with children and will update his bio as we evaluate him more.
