Margaret's Story...
Meet Margaret! This stunning Bluetick Beagle is just a little gal, but she has a personality 10 times the size of her petite frame! Margaret loves to snuggle and is every bit the lap dog. But don't think she's not versatile, because she's that, too! She loves to run around outside and meet new people, humans and dogs alike. She's just the perfect little companion.

She is so grateful to have a second chance at life. Now she just needs a family to love her and keep her safe. If you would like to give Margaret her forever home, contact her adoption consultant, Angie, at 216-410-3771 or angelajanics@hotmail.com. Angie can give you more information about this sweet girl.

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Margaret, a Berea Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound for sale in Berea, or seeking a Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound breeders who help with Beagle/Bluetick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
