My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DAVY IS GETTING ADOPTED! WAY TO GO, DAVY! 9/23/10

Davy is a precious little labby boy who is about 12 weeks old. We can't say enough good things about this puppy in that he is a true companion, following us everywhere, wanting nothing but to please us and to be with us. All of you Nashville employees for Mars / Pedigree should consider adopting him because he would be a great partner to take to work everyday.

His story with Camp began after he was abandoned in the park with his 4 siblings. That was mid-August. Thankfully he was catch-able & has a great temperament that had no problems settling in with us.

Davy has sleek & silky short black hair. There are random brown hairs on his right side, oddly enough. He has really cool big long ears that kind of stick out from his head. He'll grow into them, of course, but they make his puppy adorable-ness even moreso adorable! He weighs about 12-15 lbs, is still able to be picked up easily, and we expect him to be a medium-size adult boy, which means about knee high and 45-60 lbs.

He is a sweet & loving little boy who has learned to love the life of a pampered pooch. He enjoys sitting outside with his foster mom, alternating from getting belly rubs at her side or relaxing in her lap. Davy quickly is learning to walk on leash.

He’s had zero potty accidents indoors! Even though he’s got newspapers available, he waits until he is taken outside to potty. He currently is hanging out in his foster mom's bathroom while she's not home, although they also are crate training him, but they prefer giving him more room, like the bathroom, for now. While spending a few days at Camp, Davy was a-okay being kenneled at night and while we work. He of course gave a few whimpers & barks to let us know he'd rather go with us, but that subsided within 5 minutes.

Davy is neutered and current on his vaccinations. He has received his first round of wormer, flea/tick preventatives, and heartworm preventatives.

All Camp Chaos dogs are indoor dogs with outdoor privileges. There are no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
