FOSTERED IN NORTH CAROLINA!

Jessie is a sweet boy who came to us from a puppymill. He acts a bit shy at first, but is extremely sweet and will follow his person from room to room so he can be close to them. Jessie didn’t know how to go for walks when he first came here because in the puppymill he was kept in a small crate day-in and day-out, but now he loves to go for walks! We are working on potty-training and he is also learning to use a piddle pad. Jessie gets along great with other pups and is playing with them already. His tail goes a mile a minute whenever he is getting attention or a treat! Jessie hasn’t been around cats, so we are not sure about them yet. Due to Jessie’s size, he will not be adopted to a family with very young children. He needs a home where he will be shown the love he missed for the first four years of his life in the mill.
