Pinto Bean's Story...
Pinto Bean and his 3 sisters were born on July 13, 2010, to Rosey, a homeless single mom, at the East Valley shelter. They have been raised in a loving foster home, and will be adoptable as of September 7, when they turn 8 weeks old! Pinto Bean is the only boy in the bunch, and the runt to boot. That doesn't stop him from being a little snugglebum who jumps into every lap he can! He takes his role as 'man of the litter' very seriously!
Pinto Bean is up-to-date with routine shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pinto Bean, a Encino Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Encino, or seeking a Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
