Sienna's Story...

This young girl was found abandoned at a park - she had been hanging around for some time, waiting for her owner to return, but they obviously never did. She appears to be under one year of age, about 45 pounds, and a german shepherd mix. She is good with kids and other dogs. She is very alert, lovable and playful. She is a good listener and is also good on a leash.

If you would like to meet this wonderful young dog please contact her rescuer at mlazzarino@mac.com for more information and to arrange to meet him.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOG WILL NOT BE AT ANY OF OUR ADOPTION SITES!

This animal is for adoption through an independent rescuer, please contact the person listed in the above description. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sienna, a Rolling Hills Estates German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Rolling Hills Estates, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Rolling Hills Estates.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rolling Hills Estates already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rolling Hills Estates breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rolling Hills Estates paves the way for another one to be saved.
