Tai's Story...
APPLICATION IN PROCESS - Hi there, I'm Tai, a former KS puppy mill Girl. I'm a real cutie and pretty small, so I'll be looking for a quiet home w/ no small children or big pets. I'm pretty outgoing but I'm still learning about trust and human kindness. I love treats and can be bribed pretty easily though. I'm six years old and have been vaccinated and dewormed and am heartworm negative. I'm also spayed and have had a dental so I'm ready to go. I've been learning about house training and going potty outside, but My new family will need to have patience and be willing to work with me on that too. If you think you may be interested in giving me the quiet loving life I'm looking for, email my foster mom at tigr@centernet.net for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tai, a Central Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Central, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Central.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Central already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Central breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Central paves the way for another one to be saved.
