German Shepherd Dog Dog for adoption in Detroit, Michigan - Hale

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Hale's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Hale's Story...
Hale was adopted from our rescue in June of 2009, and unfortunately just returned to us because his owners divorced and moved. He was used to living with another male German Shepherd that looked very similar to him. He is trained and very smart. He weighs about 75 pounds and needs someone who can handle him and provide regular daily exercise.
Someone who is an experienced dog handler and familiar with Shepherds would be ideal. Birth date 4/17/07

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hale, a Detroit German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Detroit, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
