Panda's Story...
This is little Panda Bear. She came from a high kill shelter as well. She is about 35lbs, very very sweet, older dog. The vet estimates her to be about 7 years old though she is more energetic than that. Panda is very sweet, great compact size, playful, good with all other dogs and hasn't met a stranger in people. Panda is spayed, Heartworm negative, microchipped, up to date on shots and housebroken. She would make someone a great companion. If you would like to get more info on her, please contact us. Panda's adoption fee is $65.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Panda, a Bakersville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Bakersville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Bakersville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bakersville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bakersville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bakersville paves the way for another one to be saved.
