Hayden's Story...
I am about two years old and long healed from the auto accident at Hayden & Indian School that killed my tail. I look like a Manx now, or little grey bobcat. I'm not a very big cat and have a beautiful, soft coat. I'm a little shy, but love food and snuggling and leap into my foster's lap when she pats it as an invitation. (I sometimes sneak into her lap, too.) If she doesn't pay attention to me, I grab her arm with my arm.
I am OK with some of the cats in my foster house, but try to stay away from the aggressive ones.
If you snuggle with me, you will never want to let me go. Give it a try?
It is SOS Kitty policy for 100% refund with return of cat within one month if we aren't a good fit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hayden, a Scottsdale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
