Cooper's Info...

Cooper's Story...
Cooper is a 3 month old neutered male puppy with a natural tail. He plays well with the 10 and 3 year old children in the house, but like most puppies loves to chew on them in a puppy kind-of-way. He loves to play with Titan, the 6 month old Mastiff that weighs 80 pounds. He is not scared of anything! When he hears noises in the house he barks and looks for it. Cooper is not house broken yet, but is working on it. He loves to play with toys! He does well in his crate, but will whine at night at first. He has never had an accident in the crate though. Cooper would love to be placed in a home with another dog! Cooper is being fostered by Megan, Josh, Des, and Ava in Tallahassee, FL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Albany Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Albany, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Albany.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albany already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albany breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albany paves the way for another one to be saved.
