Jorie's Info...

Jorie's Story...
Jorie is an adorable white calico kitten. She is all thumbs. really, count em. Jorie is a polydactyl, which means she has extra toes on her paws. She is from a trap-neuter-return where the adults in her colony were returned. She banged her noise up when she was caught in the trap, poor baby. The trap probably wasn't covered quickly enough and she ran into the door trying to escape.

Jorie is much too young and sweet to be returned to the outdoor colony. She is a snuggler and starts purring as soon as you touch her. Jorie is still a little shy with humans but her shyness will wear off quickly.

She is spayed, vaccinated, tested, and micro-chipped. Her estimated date of birth is 6/1/2010.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jorie, a Colmar Polydactyl/Hemingway kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Polydactyl/Hemingway for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Polydactyl/Hemingway kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Polydactyl/Hemingway breeders who help with Polydactyl/Hemingway rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
