My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

He is a very sweet boy as all Ragdolls are but he is NOT good with other cats but would do fine as the only cat as he likes to get plenty of attention. He does like dogs if they have been raised with cats. He will play and is a loving cat . He was dumped outdoors and got injured and is healed now but poor boy had to fend for himself but luckily someone brought him into the shelter and we then got him into rescue. He is an amazing boy for all he has been through. If interested please email us at ccrescue614@yahoo.com for an application. As a policy for our rescue we do NOT adopt cats/kittens for gifts. We have to screen the adopter who will be owning the cat. Not a person who is thinking to give as a gift. So if you are looking to adopt for a family member LIVING IN THE SAME HOME AS YOU, then you can apply but if not living in your home we do not adopt. We make no exception to this policy for those wanting to adopt a cat/kitten to give as a gift. If you are interested and want to pay for the adoption fee for the person adopting that is a good way to help them adopt a cat/kitten and we then screen them to adopt and you pay for the adoption fee. This is a good option and has been done before.
We have all our policies to protect our cats and appreciate you thinking of a rescue kitty to adopt but not as a gift.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, combo tested Negative for FELV and FIV, vet checked, and treated for any illness that has come up during his time in rescue. His adoption fee is $200.00 all fees go to help cover some of the past vet bills.

We NEVER ship cats and declawing is NOT an option
If you have a question as to why we are against declawing please email us we can send you articles and web site locations to outline the procedure and why we do not agree with it for any cats. We do get cats into rescue that have already been declawed by someone else never us, and those cats are the ones we consider for any homes who want a declawed cat.

Thank you for your interest.

WE adopt to all of Ohio and the bordering states areas that are within approximately 4 hours drive time.
