Eli's Story...
URGENT: After being picked up by Animal Control, Eli is on deathrow in a local kill shelter. His owner was found and notified but did not care enough about this wonderful boy to come get him. His previous owners must not know a GREAT dog when they see one because they just don't get any better than Eli His personality is contagious and not only is he absolutely adorable, he is a charmer! He is just plain wonderful!!!!! He is also going to be featured in the upcoming movie, "More than Puppy Love 2". Eli is only 7 MONTHS OLD and will be an average sized Pit. He knows the "sit" command and keeps his kennel clean which is a good indication that he is houstrained. Eli desperately needs a forever home as his time is extremely limited. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eli, a Kansas City American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Kansas City, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Kansas City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kansas City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kansas City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kansas City paves the way for another one to be saved.
