Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful Tortie was dumped at Slater Park along with her Mom. They had an owner but it was not a good one. The Mom died before she could be rescued but Fiona was saved.
She is very affectionate with her foster family and it clear that she was quite used to living in a home prior to being dumped! She enjoys the company of her canine friend, a large Austrialian Shepphard. Fionia, however, does like to chase the other house hold cats, so, a home with a dog would be perfect, but a home without other cats would also be recommended,
Please email me at Rfalaguerr@aol.com if you would like an application or if you have any questions.
The volunteers, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens, that we help facilitate finding the new 'forever homes', and work very hard to make sure they are healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only Royal Canin cat food. An application can be obtained, as well as our pet list, at www.catadoptionri.org.
We are at the Providence Petco, located at 585 N. Main Street, Providence, RI every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm and you are welcome to come by and meet and greet all of the cats and kittens that are looking for new 'Forever Homes'. Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten on adoption day as each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their finding their new 'forever homes'.
The adoption donation is $150.00 each after an approved application. This is not a sale, but an adoption donation. The adoption policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be adopted out spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all ages appropriate shots. There will not be any adoption of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us, and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO!
