Juno's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Juno's Story...
Juno is a 2-year-old spayed female Siberian Husky. She is an exuberant little bundle of energy. Juno is a very typical Siberian Husky in that she has a seemingly endless amount of energy, and requires daily exercise so she can expend her energy. She loves to run and would make a great running partner for someone who runs regularly. As a breed, Siberian Huskies are hardwired with a strong prey drive. Juno does have a very high prey drive so she cannot go to a home that has any cats, birds, pet rodents, or rabbits. She will need a home with a six foot fence, as she could easily hop a four foot fence to take chase after squirrels. Huskies are strong willed intelligent dogs who are great escape artists (the Houdini gene). Juno is no exception to this and so she should go to a home that has previous experience with Siberian Huskies. If you already own a young energetic Husky, Juno would make a great little sister! She is also very lovable with people and she has a very expressive "Ah-rooo" that she will use when she wants to go outside, get your attention, or ask for a treat. Juno is house trained and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Juno, a Belleville Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Belleville, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Belleville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Belleville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Belleville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Belleville paves the way for another one to be saved.
