My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nubbins is a young boy, who was found wondering the streets. He is out of puppyhood and seemingly well trained. House broken, great with dogs, kids and while he likes to give chase to the cat, he does like the cat. He weighs in at 23 pounds. He loves riding in the car but likes to try to take over the front seat. He enjoys walks and playing with people and his foster brother (the OES). He is a snuggle pup and loves to sleep snuggled into a person or in a pet bed. He doesn't like getting baths but I put him on my lap and that seems to make him happy. He is a typical Jack Russell, but minus a leg. The nub leg seems to have been a birth defect according to our vet. The vet indicated that even if he had been injured, no vet would have taken the leg at that spot. It certainly doesn't slow him down. Someone asked me the question, "does he dig?" But obviously being 3 legged, he doesn't. He really is a great boy. I cannot imagine why someone would have dumped him.
