Jacob's Story...
Hi I'm Jacob. I was born on March 23, 2010. I was abandoned along with my 4 siblings, Joe, Jack, Jemima & Josie, when I was just 8 weeks old. Fortunately the people who found us contacted TLP who were able to place us into our foster home. Just like my siblings I love to run and play, and cuddly with anyone who will let me. I get on well with everyone, other cats and even dogs are OK. I am the quietest one of the bunch but that's not to say I am shy, I still love attention and will come running to greet you with the others. If you are looking for a feline addition to your family then please consider adopting me and maybe one of my siblings.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jacob, a Sheboygan Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sheboygan, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sheboygan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheboygan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheboygan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheboygan paves the way for another one to be saved.
