I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Kayla's Story...
Kayla’s owner was in a horrible motorcycle accident and has broken his neck, back and legs. He will be in no shape to care for his beloved Kayla for some time to come and has had to make the heart wrenching decision to give her up. Kayla is a 9 year old female Staffie. She is spayed, has her shots up to date and is a loving and affectionate dog with her human companions. She was raised in an apartment and is used to wearing a muzzle in public as required by law. Please, if you can find room for this girl you will definitely be saving her life. Only those with experience with this breed or similar breeds need apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kayla, a Hamilton American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Hamilton, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Hamilton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hamilton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hamilton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hamilton paves the way for another one to be saved.
