Hi, my name is Jesse. I was born on April 25, 2008. They call me a special needs cat because I suffer from chronic congestion. TLP came to my aid when they recieved a call asking for help for a very sick barn kitty. My foster home took me in and helped me get better. Although they managed to save my life, I am still battling against chronic issues. I may be special needs but I am still a happy boy cat who loves life and everyone who I meet. Please take me home with you.
