Gina's Story...
Hi, I'm Gina and I am one cute, happy puppy. All you have to do is look at me and I wag my tail. I love to be picked up and cuddled. I'm really happiest when I'm with people or sitting on someone's lap. I'll play and then fall asleep in your arms. I have quite an easy-going personality and my foster mom, Cathy, says I'm really smart - she says you can see it in my eyes and I've already taught myself to go in and out of the doggie door! I'd love to be part of an active, loving family, with another dog or puppy would be great. I love to follow my foster mom around the house, but I'm smart enough to stay out of the way! I'm also good with cats. I don't harass them, but I do like to give them kisses. If you'd like to meet me, please call my foster mom at (619) 822-1577 or email her at catherine888@mac.com. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gina, a Chula Vista German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Chula Vista, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Chula Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chula Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chula Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chula Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
