Diesel's Story...
Diesel: 9 yr old black & rust male, neutered, docked tail and cropped ears. 15", 20 lb. Shots up-to-date. Owner give-up.
Diesel is a black and rust guy with a great personality. He is up to date on everything and of course neutered. He has been to doggy school and learned lots of commands and tricks. He is house trained. So you ask 'why is he in rescue?'. Well as I understand it from him 'things have changed'. "The kids that just loved me to death and didn't want me to ever take a nap and wanted to play all the time have grown up and now are interested in things like ugh girls and ugh boys ugh teenagers. Mom and Dad still love me all the time but it is just so busy around here that I am not happy and they see this and it breaks their hearts. They had a long talk with me and we have decided that I would be better off in a new home. So they ask IMPS to find me a new perfect forever home

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diesel, a Florissant Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Florissant, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Florissant.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Florissant already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Florissant breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Florissant paves the way for another one to be saved.
