Micky's Story...
Mickey is the cutest puppy ever and is about 12-13 weeks old. His mom was a purebred black lab and we think that his dad may have been a spaniel of some kind because of the white speckled markings on his feet and chest. He is a good boy who was found wandering down a rural gravel road in the middle of nowhere. A wonderful lady stopped and picked him up knowing that this little guy desperately needed help. Lucky Lab was then contacted and who could resist that sweet face.

Mickey is a very active and playful little man with all the puppy sweetness mixed in. He is up to date on vaccinations for his age and will be micro chipped. If you are interested in giving this little man a wonderful and loving forever home, please indicate Mickey in the notes section of the online application. You will have a lifetime of love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Micky, a Salem Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
