Wally's Story...
Wally is a fun-loving seven year old boy that needs an active home. He is good with other dogs and cats and is wonderful in his crate. He loves to go for walks - he walks great on a leash and knows some basic commands. Wally will do great with older kids who would enjoy giving him the belly rubs that he loves. Wally loves to play fetch and will retrieve toys that you throw and will drop the toy for you to rethrow. He'll even nudge the toy towards you if you aren't as fast as he would like you to be!

Wally is a sweet dog who needs a forever home. Is that you?

If you are interested in meeting Wally, please fill out an application on our website, www.brokentailrescue.org. Wally is being fostered in Worcester.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wally, a Worcester Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Worcester, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Worcester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Worcester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Worcester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Worcester paves the way for another one to be saved.
